Our Executive Team

Seved has more than 25 years of international experience working on major civil construction and engineering projects covering tunnels, bridges, marine works, airports and roads, and has worked with the Bouygues Construction Group for more than 20 years. Seved is currently engaged as the CEO of Bouygues Construction Australia (BYCA), overseeing a business of over 450 employees in both NSW and VIC. As part of his role, Seved has been involved in project governance of some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects including the NorthConnex Tunnel Project, Westconnex M4-M5 Link Tunnels Project, and the Metro Tunnel Melbourne Project. He has a flexible and adaptable approach to new sites and project establishment and is adept at creating and managing effective delivery teams.

Danny has over 30 years of experience across the finance and commercial sector, particularly in the delivery of major projects, including three iconic projects in Melbourne – EastLink, Crown’s Southbank Entertainment Complex, and the Metro Tunnel project in Melbourne. He has extensive experience in devising and implementing solutions for complex strategic and operational issues, as well as significant M&A transaction experience, understanding the focus and commitment required to deliver successful outcomes. Danny has worked at major public companies across his career including being CFO for the Spotless Group in 2013, where he oversaw a team of 260 staff and was responsible for all support functions including Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, Investor Relations and Group Risk, and CFO for ING Real Estate Investment Management in 2009, managing six real estate funds for the company. Danny is an experienced negotiator who works with private and government entity counterparties for win-win outcomes.

Russell Forster is the Business Development and Operations Director Major Projects at Bouygues Construction Australia.  He has 27 years of experience, 26 of which within the Bouygues Group.  He has spent 15 years working abroad, living in 6 countries outside of Australia.  He was the Managing Director of VSL Australia (a Bouygues subsidiary) between 2011 and 2015, before a second stint in Switzerland as the Business Development Director for the VSL International Civil Works Business Line.  He returned to Australia in 2020 to join Bouygues.

Russell has a combination of both operations and business development experience.  From his extensive international experience working around the globe, he has learned how to listen and understand people.  Russell has a keen interest in best for Project outcomes, and enjoys working with Clients from the outset of projects to establish the best possible conditions to allow project success.

Kate is a skilled projects lawyer with over 20 years of experience in private practice and in-house roles covering major infrastructure, mining and energy projects. Throughout her career Kate has advised investors, owners, contractors and operators in Australia, Asia, South America, Africa and the UK across a range of sectors. As Legal Director of Bouygues Construction Australia, Kate’s experience includes advising on the successful tender and delivery of the WestConnex M4-M5 Link tunnel project in Sydney; the D&C JV on the delivery of the Melbourne Metro Tunnel PPP Project; advising AW Edwards and VSL (part of the Bouygues Construction group) on various successful tenders and subcontracts on major infrastructure projects across Australia; and advising on tenders and delivery of EPC and O&M Contracts on various large scale solar farms across Australia.

Tatiana brings extensive international experience gained across multiple countries to her role at Bouygues Construction Australia. Alongside her strong HR expertise, she has developed a deep understanding of global environments and a strong ability to adapt. Her career has also enabled her to support multicultural teams and successfully tackle numerous challenges in diverse environments.

Before joining Bouygues Construction Australia Tatiana held the position of Head of HR for the East Coast region of South America within the CMA CGM Group.

The breadth of her experience, her results-driven approach, and her strong business focus supports the development of our activities in Australia.

With over 23 years of experience, Peter has successfully headed multi-disciplinary teams in tendering, securing, and safely delivering complex major infrastructure projects across a diverse array of sectors. These projects include motorways, roads, tunnels, structures, rail, and buildings under various contract models such as design and construct, alliance, and collaborative contracts.

As National Operational Director, he leverages his deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership skills to drive organisational success. Throughout his career, Peter has held senior roles at renown companies in the industry such as CPB Contractors, Lendlease, and Fulton Hogan, delivering large-scale projects.

Peter firmly believes that fostering the right culture delivers the best outcomes for customers. This is achieved through collaborative relationships, transparency, problem-solving, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering, a Master’s in Construction Management, and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).

Grant Sainsbery has over 22 years of professional experience in the tunnel, road, rail and water infrastructure construction industry. During his career Grant has worked both within Australia and the UK in a diverse range of disciplines including construction environmental management, project approvals, environmental impact assessment, environmental design, erosion and sediment control, environmental auditing and compliance, environmental training, sustainability, stakeholder engagement and government relations. Grant enjoys driving sustainable change through the infrastructure construction industry.  Grant has a passion for formation of high performing environmental, sustainability and stakeholder engagement teams.

Emmanuel has over 33 years construction and management experience on mega infrastructure and international tunnelling projects. Emmanuel’s most recent role before joining the Torrens to Darlington Alliance, was Project Design & Construction Director for the Westconnex M4-M5 Link Tunnels in Sydney.

Emmanuel thrives on building highly capable teams with a “one team” culture where everyone is clear on the direction, openly communicate, collaborate, and support each other. He has a strong commitment to providing training, staff development, and continuously improving safety across the project lifecycle.

Currently, Arnaud leads the Culcairn Solar Farm project in New South Wales, a large-scale photovoltaic power site (440MWp over 960 hectares). He excels in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring safety, productivity, schedule adherence, budget management, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Bastien has been in the construction industry and Bouygues Group for 25 years. He is a specialist in complex building projects such as hospitals, airports, stadiums, hotels and high-rise corporate towers.

Working across five continents and 11 countries, Bastien leads both the design and construction phases of projects. His experience spans France, the UK, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Madagascar, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, and Australia. He is an accomplished Project Director who demonstrates strong leadership in safety, environmental management, innovation, and cost control. Bastien’s strategic vision, collaborative leadership and methodical approach to project management have been instrumental in delivering construction projects efficiently and safely, while fostering innovation, and team excellence.

Bastien’s previous role was Project Director for Goorambat East Solar Farm project in Victoria, a large-scale photovoltaic power site generating 329MWp 630 hectares.
